Next Class June 3 at 9AM
Every 1st Saturday of the month we are hosting “The Kyari Project” to bring Bhakti Yoga to our students.
We will be connecting the theme of the Community Yoga class to a similar concept in Bhakti to show how to relate the practices of asana and Bhakti. Following the pranayama portion of the class, we will be leading the group in a short kirtan (group mantra meditation practice) followed by a short discussion on a principle of Bhakti yoga.
Afterwards, there will be plenty of time for any questions, and we will end the practice with a vegetarian feast, which is a main practice in Bhakti Yoga.
This is a donation based class. So you don’t have to be a member of the studio to attend. We suggest a $10 donation for Non-members & members with limited membership who have used all your visits. This class is free for members with unlimited membership
