Karan Bindra

Karan is a dedicated yogi who believes that true joy is the freedom to access your inner child. He was first introduced to yoga when he was 14, seeking therapy for his scoliosis.

Over the years, the philosophy of yoga has become a way of life and an outlet for his inner expression. It has been a source of his creativity and drive as a musician, asana practitioner, and teacher.

Karan has made it his lifelong goal help others tap into their highest form of peace, creativity, and mental clarity through the yoga practice. He currently teaches meditation, pranayama, vinyasa yoga, and several forms of hatha yoga.
