Students interested in private yoga lessons, receive customized solutions that involve Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation based on your health, body type and lifestyle—and on your time.

We recommend to consider a private or semi-private session with the teacher of your choice if you are interested in revisiting or reinforcing the basics of yoga and breath, or simply need to tailor your practice to complement a sport or additional physical activity.
