Join us Monday thru Friday at 9am. The class is based in the concepts of Viniyoga, where the pose is adapted to each person’s abilities; in other words, yoga meets you where you are.
- Mondays: Therapy for upper back, neck and shoulders
- Tuesdays: Therapy for emotional balance
- Wednesdays: Therapy for lower back, hips and sacrum
- Thursdays: Therapy for emotional balance
