Patricia Alonso

Patricia began her yoga journey in 2001 and her love for the practice led her to become a 200HR certified yoga teacher in 2006, and followed up with 500hr in 2010.   Since 2011 she has studied extensively in the Parayoga tradition of Tantra Yoga to further her personal practice, under the guidance of her beloved teacher Yogarupa, Rod Stryker.  She became an initiated of the Tantric Sri Vydia lineage in 2013.    Later on the fall of 2013


Alyssa Morris

Alyssa firmly believes that yoga is the grounding force that keeps her energy from shooting out in five million directions on a daily basis. She is a mother, a dancer, a writer, and a Gemini. She holds a B.A. in Art & Performance and an M.A. in Aesthetic Studies, which essentially means that she is fully qualified to find beauty in this world. 

Alyssa has taught dance classes since 2010, completed her RYT-200 in 2012,


Heidi Fessler

Yoga is for everyone. It is for people of all abilities and ages. Yoga transcends off the mat and into the real world. It’s a beautiful way to live your life. My journey with yoga began in 2007. Once I stepped onto my mat, I never looked back. I received my 200 HR RYT in 2012. I continue to to learn and train whenever I can. Additional certifications include: Level I Relax and Renew Restorative Teacher; YogaFit Senior certified; Restorative Flow certification;


Joshua Boucher

Joshua is a 500 Hr RYT Instructor whose passion for teaching extends from a simple theory: Life seeks growth. Growth occurs with presence. Presence is developed with awareness. Awareness is most readily available through physical challenges.

His practice helps him rediscover the vitality he enjoyed as an active youth, and the peace Joshua discovers in overcoming challenges on the mat translates 


Kent Pilkington

I was introduced to yoga about a decade ago. I had recently been diagnosed with type II diabetes. I’d tried a bunch of different things to get it under control. They weren’t working. Living in Lewisville at the time, I found my way to The Blue Anjou yoga studio and began my recovery process with amazing teachers like Deanna Shires, Debbie Simon, and Leila Cranford.

Randy Cummins

Randall A. Cummins, L.M.T., M.T.I., A.O.B.T.A. Cert. Instructor, NCBTMB Provider. In his 30 plus year career, Randy has been on the teaching faculty at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, the Lauterstein-Conway School,The New School for Massage and Zen Shiatsu in Evanston, Illinois. Along with providing CE trainings, he maintains private practices in Chicago and Austin, Texas.
