Hatha Yoga (60 mins) | Mon-Fri @ 7.15AM; Mon-Thurs @ 6PM; Sun @ 4.30PM
This class is ideal both for anyone new to Yoga as well as for the more seasoned practitioner. Kick off or refine your practice with adaptable sequences and expert guidance. Get answers to your questions on all the yoga basics. Build strength and confidence to take your yoga practice deeper. The class concludes with a guided meditation and/or sound with singing bowls.
