Our classes are Seniors friendly

As we age it is a must to keep our bodies and minds sharp, to develop good balance and use yoga as medicine.   Our gentle yoga therapy classes are perfect for anyone who needs to:

  • Increase bone density
  • Improve blood pressure
  • Improve quality of sleep
  • Reduce aches and pains
  • Stay happy

Join us Monday thru Friday at 9am.   The class is based in the concepts of Viniyoga, where the pose is adapted to each person’s abilities; in other words, yoga meets you where you are.

  • Mondays:  Therapy for upper back, neck and shoulders
  • Tuesdays:  Therapy for emotional balance
  • Wednesdays:  Therapy for lower back, hips and sacrum
  • Thursdays:  Therapy for emotional balance
  • Fridays:  Therapy for physical balance
